• Listing URLs and platform account details you share with us for service delivery
• Photos, specification plates, and machine data you send via WhatsApp or email
• Communications between you and our account management team

We do not collect sensitive personal information, financial data, or payment card details through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use information collected solely to:

• Deliver the listing optimisation services you have engaged us for
• Respond to your enquiries and audit requests
• Send service-related communications and updates

4. Platform Access & Security

Where you grant our team restricted "Editor" or "Staff" access to marketplace portals, we confirm that we will only access features necessary to build, format, and optimise your listings. We will never access billing details, payment settings, or master account credentials. We recommend you create a dedicated restricted account for our team rather than sharing master login credentials.

5. Data Retention

We retain your business information for the duration of our service engagement and for up to 24 months following the end of the service period for record-keeping purposes. Machine photos and listing assets are retained only for as long as required to deliver the service, after which they are deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at sales@machinepro.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
