1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website or engaging MachinePro ("MachinePro") for listing optimisation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Provided

MachinePro provides independent marketplace listing optimisation services including, but not limited to:

• Technical specification mapping and hard-filter optimisation on third-party marketplace portals
• Image editing, enhancement, and spec overlay creation
• Daily listing SEO, keyword refreshing, and Content Quality Score management
• Spotlight, Featured, and Boost credit rotation and management
• Platform content and industry articles — on request and subject to separate quotation

MachinePro operates as an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of any marketplace platform.

3. Subscription & Payment Terms

Services are offered on a month-to-month basis. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. MachinePro reserves the right to amend pricing with 30 days written notice.

Introductory and promotional pricing is available to new clients only and is subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your MachinePro service at any time by providing written notice via email to sales@machinepro.com.au. Cancellations received before the next billing date will take effect at the end of the current billing period. MachinePro does not offer refunds for the current billing period on cancellation.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate machine details, photos, and specification data in a timely manner
• Grant MachinePro restricted "Editor" access to the relevant marketplace portal accounts
• Ensure you have the legal right to list the equipment you submit for optimisation
• Not hold MachinePro responsible for platform-side changes, outages, or algorithm updates outside our control

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including copy, design, and layout — is the property of MachinePro and may not be reproduced without written permission. Listing content created by MachinePro on your behalf remains your property for the duration of and following the service engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

MachinePro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the fees paid by you in the previous 30-day billing period. MachinePro does not guarantee specific lead volumes, enquiry rates, or sales outcomes as a result of our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
